Mike has been a CMJ employee since 2010. Over time, he has developed a deep understanding of both his customers and their IT environments.
He grew up working in his dad’s auto mechanic shop, so he’s a problem-solver at heart. Learning more than just how to diagnose a problem and turn a wrench, Mike also has the skills to provide friendly and helpful service to his customers. His industry experience and love for small business make him a valuable addition to your IT roster.
Tim works with CMJ’s payables, receivables, ordering, invoicing, and support delivery. With a hand in nearly everything we do, we call him the glue that keeps us all together. His expertise brings local companies access to the best computer and communications products and services to fit their tailored IT systems. A lifelong resident of Sycamore, he graduated from Northern Illinois University and served as Operation Manager of the DeKalb Elks Lodge before joining CMJ.

Jeff can monitor and maintain your IT while leveraging his experience to support even the most complex problems.

Gavin is a computer information systems professional and a recent graduate from Bradley University, where he also concentrated and minored in computer security. Gavin is proficient in software development, computer networking, and experienced in penetration testing. With a passion for ensuring customer safety, Gavin provides preemptive measures to keep CMJ’s clients protected from bad actors.
